Pankaj Gohel is an operations‑minded finance leader with over fifteen years of experience in accounting, tax, and finance. His experience spans R2R, client management, KPI design and reporting, audit readiness, controls testing, and team building. He has a proven track record of planning and executing month‑end closures, flux analysis, balance‑sheet reconciliations, and delivering management reports that drive action.

At Finkeepers, Pankaj leads accounting teams and oversees operations for clients across FP&A, General Accounting, and Source‑to‑Pay, providing technical guidance to both clients and internal teams.

Earlier in his career, he served a multinational FMCG company and a global F&A service provider, successfully transitioning processes and standing up reporting from multiple geographies. He is hands‑on with SAP (FI), UNIT4 Coda Financials, Lawson, and analytics tools like Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects. Pankaj holds a master’s in business administration and a bachelor’s in commerce. In his downtime, he enjoys sketching, time with family and friends, self‑help reading, yoga, and meditation.
